At MySimple Apps, we believe your information belongs to you.
MySimple To-Do was designed to help you stay organized—not to collect unnecessary personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect
To provide account access and synchronize your lists across your devices, we collect a limited amount of information.
Depending on how you choose to sign in, we may collect:
• Username
• Email address
You may create an account using:
• An email address and password, or
• Google Sign-In (OAuth)
If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic account information from Google, such as your name and email address, as permitted by your Google account settings. We use this information only to authenticate your account and provide access to MySimple To-Do.
We also store the lists and list items you create so they remain available across your devices.
We do not collect sensitive personal information such as your precise location, contacts, photos, payment information, or health information.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to:
• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate your sign-in
• Synchronize your lists across your devices
• Provide customer support if you contact us
• Maintain the security, reliability, and performance of the app
We do not use your information for advertising or marketing.
Analytics
To help improve MySimple To-Do, we use built-in analytics provided by our platform provider, Base44.
These analytics may include:
• Total visits and unique visitors
• Session duration
• Pages viewed within the app
• Device type, operating system, and browser
• Approximate geographic region (such as country or region)
This information helps us understand how the app is used and improve its performance. We do not use third-party analytics services such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics.
Data Storage and Security
Your account information and task data are securely stored on the Base44 platform using an encrypted database hosted in the United States.
Your information is encrypted during transmission and while stored.
Base44 maintains industry-recognized security certifications, including SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001, to help protect your information.
While no system can guarantee absolute security, we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
We use trusted service providers only as needed to operate MySimple To-Do, including secure authentication, hosting, and data storage.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or security of our users or our services.
Data Retention
Your account information and task data are retained for as long as your account remains active.
When you delete your account, your account information, lists, and list items are permanently removed from our systems, unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
Deleting Your Account
You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the app by selecting the Settings (gear) icon and choosing Delete Account.
Deleting your account permanently removes your account, all of your lists, and all associated list items.
This action cannot be undone.
Third-Party Authentication
If you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In, your use of that service is also governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We use Google Sign-In solely to authenticate your identity and provide access to your MySimple To-Do account.
Diagnostics
We do not currently collect crash diagnostics, stack traces, or error logs from your device.
Children's Privacy
MySimple To-Do is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If we become aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate consent, we will promptly delete that information.
Your Rights
You may request to:
• Access the personal information associated with your account
• Correct your account information
• Permanently delete your account and associated data
Most users can permanently delete their account directly within the app.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If changes are made, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
